FAQs
Who can access our services?
Anyone! We accept all private health funds and are able to do immediate rebates upon payment. We also accept DVA payments as well as the Child Dental Benefits Scheme.
What to do when the practice is closed?
If you are experiencing a severe toothache we recommend you seek immediate attention at a hospital or at an after-hours dental care centre.
We also accept after-hours enquiries so give us a call and we are likely to still answer!
Where are you located?
Our only surgery is located at 10008/8 Harbour Rd, Hamilton. Please note we have closed our Ascot and Clayfield locations and only operate out of our Hamilton surgery now.
How often should I get my teeth checked?
The official ADA recommendation is that you should have a check and clean every 6 months to ensure that your dental hygiene is staying on track. However, some people may need cleans more frequently and in these cases, will be informed by the dentist during their appointment.
Do you offer cosmetic dentistry?
Yes! Our dentists are specialised in all fields and are happy to provide services such as teeth whitening and veneers.
What are your prices?
Our prices change depending on health fund provider and the treatment specific to your teeth as everyone is different. Please give us a call or come in to our practice and speak with our lovely receptionists to receive a quote specific to you!
